Okay, I have no idea what all the numbers and charts mean! haha. Are the steps and distances just for one single day? If so, that’s awesome – especially considering that you have a desk job. I’m guessing the green arc means that you met/surpassed your daily goal.
What I’m wondering about is the calories burned…Is that just with your physical activity (!?!), or does it also include your body’s base caloric expenditure (like for bodily functions and such)? At any rate, it looks like you’re really blowing this thing out of the water! 🙂

You’re a smart one, you figured it out all by yourself! 😉 Yes, each chart is for one day (labeled at the top). The green means I got full credit for my steps that day. The calorie burn is estimated for the entire time I’m wearing Vivo Fit that day, so it includes normal-day stuff as well as exercise.
